The purchase of these Cartoon Express images constitutes your complete acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.

The Cartoon Express images have been created, and are licensed to you, for use in newspapers, brochures, catalogs, ads, editorial, websites, and other such communication material.

USE OF THIS PRODUCT
This license does NOT allow the use of the PRODUCT in a manner in which a Cartoon Express image in any aspect of an item is available for resale, such as other clip art sites, t-shirts, mugs, etc.

TRANSFER
You may not rent, lease, or sub-license the PRODUCT or documentation included with the PRODUCT. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use the PRODUCT to another person or legal entity provided you transfer this agreement with the PRODUCT & documentation to such person or entity, and that you retain no copies of the PRODUCT including copies stored on a computer.

THE CARTOON EXPRESS IMAGES ARE REGISTERED & PROTECTED BY U.S. COPYRIGHT
LAW: All art contained in this PRODUCT is original & exclusive to The Cartoon Express. The PRODUCT is owned by The Cartoon Express, and its strcuture, organization & code are the valuable trade secrets of The Cartoon Express. The PRODUCT is duly registered and protected by the U.S. Copyright Law, and International Treaty Provisions. You must treat the PRODUCT as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a book. You may not copy the PRODUCT or documentation, except as set forth in the above sections. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to intellectual property rights in the PRODUCT.
